I arrived late at Malpensa Terminal 1 as my train from Urbino was very late and the Idea Hotel assisted me greatly in getting to their hotel by sending a number to call to get me there by large vehicle, people-carrier. I got picked up by the driver outside Terminal 1 and that certainly helped my exhaustion. Well done - good IDEA from the Idea Hotel! Also I had to change the date of my stay from May to September 2023 and the Idea Hotel refunded me 2/3 of the cost of this which I think was generous and so I rebooked for my overnight on 25th September. Good REAL coffee made for me in the morning!

The reception staff was absolutely amazing - they received us very well and they explained everything. The room was absolutely amazing, the bed were so comfy and we all slept so well. The shuttle departed exactly on time and we arrived more than on time for our flights. I can tell you that it was very good, because my mother is a hotel cleaner so she knows exactly where to go to check if the room is cleaned properly and she approved it! Please continue to be like that for your customers - you all are an amazing team and try your best for your clients.

Convenient location close to the airport. You can take the airport shuttle for free and then walk from the bus stop, or you can use hotel shuttle for 5 EUR per person. You can't really walk there, eventhough on the map it doesn't seem far. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, equipped with all you need. We much appreciated breakfast starting from 5 am, which had very good selection of food.

Close to airport - about 30min walk though no clear footpaths. Good continental breakfast with various food options. Room was clean and all that was required for an overnight stay for an early flight. Ran shuttle to airport in morning which cost €5. There is a nearby free shuttle that runs between Terminal 1 and 2 though this is about 10min walk from the hotel so paying for convenience.

I loved seeing the planes from the window of the room. We also really appreciated the bar and the restaurant open until midnight for dinner and from 5am for breakfast. We were craving for some good Italian food and we found it. Staff was nice and always available :) It was great value for money if you need to spend a night before/after your flight.
